- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible service, Sean is a ghost and most interaction goes thru his assistant. She is not helpful either. Finally closed my insurance with AmFam and went elsewhere. I considered just finding a new agent rather than leaving Amfam altogether but with this kind of service it was better just to leave.By godly savage, June 09, 2017
